Start With Financing

The first step should be a meeting with a lender.  If this is your first purchase, you might not have a lender that you know and trust.  We can direct you to someone to speak with.  If you are just thinking about a purchase, we are happy to take you “window shopping” as well before this meeting to familiarize you with neighborhoods, options and prices….there is no pressure here at the Fiddler Realty Team.  But do remember that any offer must include a pre-approval letter.

Your meeting with the lender will give you needed information about costs, loan programs, qualifying and interest rates.  Once you have a solid purchase price in mind, we can narrow down the search to only that range and you will find the right property for you.
